Wear-resistant/corrosion-resistant screw

    This revolutionary product is manufactured by electrodepositing a corrosion-resistant, low-friction, wear-resistant layer bonded with atomic bonds onto the surface of a standard PDM rotor. The electrodeposited layer is free of pores and gaps, resulting in high bonding strength. Whether you are a manufacturer or a rental company, the reinforced rotor can extend the lifespan and operating time of your PDM. Two processes are available: composite plating and hard chrome plating.

    Use

    This special product features enhanced rotor/stator connections and a significantly extended service life. New rotors can be coated with electrodeposited coatings, while used rotors can be refurbished with electroplating.
