Our company and the School of Materials Science in Tianjin University have jointly developed a new type of composite material with high temperature resistance, wear-resistance thermal fatigue resistance. At present, the material is widely used in the repair of mandrels and other rolling tools in the hot rolling production line for seamless steel pipe which could be repaired in countless times to reduce the rolling cost and the repairing effect is good in actual use.The rolling number of mandrel is 20%-30% higher than the same industry.

According to API standards, Jingcheng Weiye produces bimetallic composite pipes which used in marine pipelines and oil and gas pipelines with severe H2S and CO2 corrosion, and evaluates the manufacturing process together with Tianjin University.

Our company and the School of New Energy and Materials of Southwest Petroleum University have jointly developed electro-deposited layers and composite sedimentary layer with wear-resistance, anti-corrosion and drag reduction, which can be widely used in petroleum and petrochemical industry, nuke industry,metallurgical industry, coal mining and deep processing industries,especially in electrolytic deposition in inner and outer walls of oil tube, bushing and drill pipe. It can solve the corrosive, wearing and wax precipitation and scale formation problems of downhole tools.
