Tianjin Jingchengweiye Mechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has established strategic partnership with many domestic and overseas large steel enterprises. HI3 mandrel semi-finished products are co-produced, but the finished products are manufactured by JCWY using controlled atmosphere heat treatment furnaces for heat treatment (Quenching&Tempering).
H13 mandrel surface can be added a welding layer of high performance material according to customer's requirements. It can improve the mandrel’s service life, increase repairing and re-turning times to save largely the rolling cost.
